FALLOUT 4 LAUNCH CAMPAIGN

Fallout 4 is a Role Playing Game set in a post apocalyptic retro-future. The game’s advertising has a comical tone that pokes fun at the 1950’s American dream of the white picket fence, a friendly neighbor, and a wholesome life. After emerging from a fallout shelter 287 years into the future, players roam an expansive nuclear wasteland, complete quests, and building a new life from scratch. To promote the game we created a series of emails to convey that Fallout 4 offers a massive world with the total freedom and endless possibilities that an RPG gamer craves.

PRE-LAUNCH VIEWMASTER EMAIL

To kick things off we used the iconic View-Master® as our inspiration to show gamers the possibilities that their futures would hold if they purchased the game. POST-LAUNCH 1950's AD EMAIL

1950’s advertising sold the promise of a prosperous new life, making it a perfectly ironic framework to display the game's features. This desecrated ad offers gamers all the pieces necessary to build a whole new life in the wasteland.
